Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definition)
The main terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
This refers to a (smart power meter release solution) manufactured by the company to provide content to users for free.
Service' refers to various free services provided by the company on the app.
The term "user" refers to a member who uses the "service" provided by the company under these terms and conditions.
Member' refers to a person who registers as a member according to the registration procedure set by the company and uses the service provided by the company to receive the service provided by this app.
The meaning of terms not defined in paragraph 2 follows transaction practices and related laws.
Article 3 (Posting, Validity, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
Post the app name of this agreement on the initial screen of the service so that users can know it.
If you complete the membership registration through the membership registration procedure set by the company, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions will take effect.
These terms and conditions may be amended to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Basic Consumer Act".
If you revise the terms and conditions, specify the reason for the revision and the date of the revision and notify it by the day before application by app screen or text message.
Members who do not agree to the terms and conditions may withdraw from the membership (termination of the use contract). However, if the company does not express its refusal within the notice period even though it has notified pursuant to Article 3(4), the company considers that the member has agreed to the changed terms and conditions.
Article 4 (Use, provision, and change of services)
In principle, the company's business days (excluding Mondays to Fridays and holidays) and daily hours (09 to 18:00). However, the company may divide the service into a specific range and set a separate date and time for reasons such as regular inspection of service facilities.
We provide the following services.
Forwarding reservations, simple calculation of MOF multiple and CT multiple, data search, address and phone number of Incheon headquarters, and connection to UVR apps.
Service determined by the company.
If it is deemed necessary for technical or operational purposes, the contents of the service can be changed.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
In the event of a repair inspection or replacement and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, a break in communication, or a natural disaster, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended.
The company may suspend the app altogether if it is deemed that the service cannot be provided or unnecessary, such as when there is no circumstance or app efficiency.
Article 6 (Estitution of a contract for use)
After agreeing to these terms and conditions, I apply for membership by filling out the membership information according to the procedure set by the company.
When applying for membership according to the prescribed procedures set by this company, read these terms and conditions and click the "Agreed" button to consider them to agree to these terms and conditions.
Among the users who have applied to join as members as in paragraphs (1) and (2), the provision of services may be denied or restricted to users falling under any of any of the following subparagraphs.

Article 7 (Company's obligation)
Measures such as maintenance, inspection, or recovery must be faithfully implemented to suit the provision of stable services.
We do not leak or distribute the personal information of customers we have learned about the provision of services to third parties without their consent. Other matters concerning the protection of members' personal information shall be governed by related laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the "Personal Information Handling Policy" separately set by the company.
Statistical data on personal information of all or some members can be processed and used without prior consent regarding the service without identifying individuals.
Article 8 (Duties of Members)
Members should not engage in communication activities related to each of the following subparagraphs.
The act of using a member's name and password.
The act of changing information posted on a service or using information obtained by using it for profit or non-profit purposes without prior consent from the company or providing it to a third party.
Other acts of infringing on the rights of a company or a third party, such as damaging the reputation of a third party or infringing on intellectual property rights.
The act of posting or sending a message by pretending to be an employee or service manager, or insulting the name of another person.
The act of recommending content and advertisements that are not related to the content of the service without obtaining consent, or delivering them by other means, such as posting.
And the act of transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) prohibited by relevant laws, such as the Information Protection, etc. Act.
Or the act of distributing information, sentences, figures, voice, etc. of content that violates customs and customs.
The act of posting or sending materials containing software viruses, other computer codes, files, and programs designed to interfere with and destroy the normal operation of software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment by e-mail, SMS.
The act of collecting, storing, and disclosing the user's personal information without his/her consent.
Act of conducting commercial activities using services provided by the company by posting advertisements or propaganda or sending spam emails to multiple users.
Violation of laws and regulations on the use of services prescribed by the company, terms and conditions, and other services provided by the company.
Article 9 (Protection, Collection and Use of Personal Information)
Efforts shall be made to protect the personal information of members as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information Communication Network Utilization Promotion and Information Protection Act. However, we are not responsible for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to members.
If desired, consent to the collection and use of personal information provided to the company may be withdrawn, and withdrawal of consent consists of termination of service use or withdrawal of membership.
The personal information processing policy announces the person in charge of personal information management and contact information separately on the site.
Membership information collected by the company shall not be used for purposes other than collection, use, provision of smooth services, and expansion of services disclosed when collecting information, or provided to third parties and organizations without the consent of the members. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
In the case of receiving a request from a state agency pursuant to laws and regulations,
In the case where there is a purpose of investigation,
Where there is a request in accordance with the procedures prescribed by relevant statutes,
Article 10 (withdrawal from membership and loss of qualification)
You can withdraw directly from the app and request withdrawal in writing or by phone or e-mail.
Membership may be restricted or suspended without prior notice if a member has committed any of the following acts.
In the case of stealing the name and password,
In the case of violating a member's rights, honor, credit, or other legitimate interests, or violating laws or public order of the Republic of Korea,
In the case of attempting or engaging in the following acts that may interfere with or interfere with smooth progress,
The act of habitually and maliciously raising objections without reason.
In the case of interfering with the company's business,
In the event of an act that violates these terms and conditions or a reason for termination prescribed in these terms and conditions occurs.
The company can claim damages from its members.
Article 11 (Limitation of the attribution and use of copyrights)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for the work created belong to the company.
Information obtained from using the app shall not be used for profit by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other means without prior consent from the company or by a third party.
The materials, rights, and responsibilities posted are with the posting party, and the company does not use them for commercial purposes without the consent of its members.
If the contents posted or provided by the member fall under or are judged to be in each subparagraph, they may be deleted without prior notice.
In the case of slander and defamation of members and third parties,
In the case of interfering with the stable operation of the service by transmitting information,
In the case of transmitting advertising information contrary to the distribution of facts and the intention of the recipient,
In the case where it is determined that it violates these terms and conditions or laws,
Article 12 (Compensation for damages)
This app is designed to be used free of charge to improve members' services and does not engage in any profits or profit-making activities, so the company is not liable for damages to members in any case.
Article 13 (Court of competent jurisdiction and governing law)
In the event of a dispute between the company and the user regarding the use, the company and its members shall faithfully negotiate to resolve the dispute, and if not resolved, the party may file a civil suit, and the competent court shall comply with the Civil Procedure Act.
The terms and conditions apply to the service use contract between the company and the user.
Article 14 (Others)
If you need to change the app program regarding the use of the service, you can change it without notifying the members.
If you need to stop using the app, you can stop it permanently without notifying the members.
